Farma na Lazoch (registered as Donkey Farm) is a small, family-run former farm offering camping and simple lodging in the quiet village of Slatinské Lazy in central Slovakia. It is run by a Belgian family and combines farm-stay camping with horses, a swimming pond and a sauna.

About the camp

Set on the grounds of a former farm in Slatinské Lazy, about 30 km from Banská Bystrica and 20 km from Zvolen, this family-run farm stay suits visitors looking for rest and unspoiled countryside. Guests can pitch a tent individually or as a youth group, take a room in the farmhouse, or stay in a separate two-person cottage; sanitary facilities and a shared kitchen are provided, kept simple but comfortable. On site there is a campfire area, horse riding, a sauna, a bar and a swimming pond, and hosts can arrange a Slovak-themed evening, walks with detailed maps, and local sightseeing. The farm is run by a Belgian family, who also keep a contact point in Belgium for enquiries.
