About the camp

The campground occupies grassy plots around the ANIMA guesthouse on the Medvedia Hora shore of the Zemplinska Sirava reservoir, an area the operator likens to the Croatian coast for its moored boats, groomed gravel beach and lawns running down to the water. Campers share sanitary facilities with separate showers for men and women, plus a children's playground and a campfire pit. The beach below hosts a small rental point for water bikes, canoes, kayaks and paddleboards, and the reservoir is a catch-and-release fishery where the guesthouse is the only local seller of fishing permits and offers boat launch and storage. A private two-hour sauna and an on-site restaurant with a daily menu round out the wider Penzion ANIMA property.
