About the camp

Táborisko Vinianske jazero is a municipal campsite run by the village of Vinné, on the shore of Vinianske jazero, an 8-hectare forest lake 11 km from Michalovce and 3 km from Zemplínska šírava. The flat grass site holds 250 tent pitches and 16 caravan pitches, with 8 electrical connections. A sanitary building near the entrance has token-operated showers, toilets, a changing room and a shared kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and hotplate. Swimming and pedal-boat rental are available on the lake at guests' own risk. A playground, ice cream stand and carousels make it family-friendly, and there is paid parking; camping and parking on the beach itself are not allowed. Open only for the summer tourist season.
