About the camp

The camp lies on the Dunajec riverbank in a quiet area suitable for families with children and visitors seeking peace. A tourist trail runs through the grounds connecting Lesnica to Červený Kláštor via the Dunajec Gorge. The camp is a good base for hiking and cycling in the Pieniny mountains: Sokolica, Prielom Dunajca, Haligovské skaly and Tri Koruny are all within reach. Day trips by car can cover Spiš historical sites (Stará Ľubovňa castle, Kežmarok, Strážky chateau), the High Tatras, or the Vyšné Ružbachy thermal pools. The Polish spa town Szczawnica is also nearby. The camp has renovated sanitary facilities and offers guests free help planning trips in the surroundings.
